Z.W. Jarosz Architect, P.A. was founded in 1979. Zbigniew "Zeb" W. Jarosz, firm's owner and leading architect, has been designing high-end luxury homes for 30 years.
Most of his clients are referred or have been previously exposed to his work. Jarosz contributes his sense of proportion and historical precedence in his work to his childhood and architectural studies in Europe.

Z. W. Jarosz Architect, P.A. and Jarosz Development, Corporation staff approximately 50 employees comprised of designers, project managers, superintendents, carpenters and support personnel. Both companies have built many projects over the years and are known for its quality of design, construction, timely delivery of projects, and compliance with required budgets.
In 1984 after much frustration with the translation of his designs into brick and mortar, Jarosz expanded into construction and founded Jarosz Development, Corporation. Jarosz says," I come from a design philosophy of the master builders of Europe where you, design, execute and build the project."
By forming this organization, Jarosz is able to work on his projects from beginning to end. He evolves and controls his projects arriving to a much satisfying end product. Jarosz enjoys tinkering during construction and refines his design as the project progresses.
