Architect and General Contractor Zbigniew W. Jarosz, known as "Zeb" was born in Poland. Zeb was raised in a family of merchant marine captains and century old tradition of architects and builders.

Initially Zeb's youthful spirit gravitated him towards the seas, but his father insisted he apply to architectural school.
After Jarosz began his architectural studies, he realized that he excelled as an architect and it was his true passion.
In 1971, Jarosz graduated from Krakow University with a Master of Architecture and Engineering Degree. Post graduation, he worked on restoration and preservation of a number of historical buildings in Europe. This experience influenced his design, sense of order and proportion. Jarosz has a keen understanding of the evolution of architectural history and has mastered translating it into his designs.
He moved to the United States in 1975. In 1979, he passed the Florida Board Exam for Architects and opened his own architectural firm; Z.W. Jarosz Architect, P.A. Five years later, Jarosz passed the general contractors exam and opened his construction company, Jarosz Development, Corporation. Jarosz is member of American Institute of Architects (AIA), Polish Institute of Architects (SARP), and Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). In 1983, not forgetting his younger dreams, he became a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain.
